Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Create and manage workpackets in Crowdsourcing tool. Track the work packet completion and benefit realization. Coordinate with Tool owner, Process owner, Requestor and Code owner to address the technical/process issues towards resolution. Manage the projects that come in time to time with a close tracking towards completion. Drive and work towards opportunities towards FIT.SO program to improvise productivity across SO-IN Qualifications Educational qualification: Engineering degree in Computer Science/Electronics Experience : 12-15 years Mandatory/requires Skills : Project management Crowdsourcing tool know how Stake holder coordinating skills. Preferred Skills : Knowledge on recurring bugs in the crowd sourcing tool usage and know how to address them Additional Information This will be an individual contributor role.
