PREFERRED SKILLS

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or liaison role, preferably in a global or multi-national environment.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional and international teams effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong capability in scheduling, managing deadlines, and coordinating team efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated proficiency in building relationships and mediating conflicts.
  • Strong project management expertise, including experience with project planning tools and techniques.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison coordinating collaboration and engagement with Crowe Global firms.
  • Organize, schedule, and lead regular meetings and check-ins with global teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of joint projects and initiatives, ensuring timely progress and quality outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships across global teams to streamline communication, resolve challenges, and promote effective collaboration.
  • Act as the reporting manager for Crowe Global Functional Consultants, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development support.
