Position: Crown Quarter Supervisor
Reports to: Departmental Manager/Manager on Duty
Location: Crown Quarter, Monck Street, Wexford Town.
Crown Quarter, in Wexford Town are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience to grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends.

Key Requirements:

  • Supervise and coordinate the food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and managing staff to uphold service excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage services.
  • Support in planning and executing special events, promotions, and menu changes.
  • Assist in maintaining financial controls by managing budgets, tracking expenses, and minimizing losses.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting tools.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
