Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Take initiatives to develop and strengthen client relationships.
  • Provide support during the RFI/RFP process, including writing proposals.
  • Represent MSC at conferences and similar events.
  • Author or co-author thematic publications on DPI, Digital Transformation, AI, and other emerging technologies.

Human Capital Development

  • Assist in the development of other staff by providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Share knowledge with staff and create opportunities for mentoring.
  • Take ownership of personal development by acquiring skills and knowledge that add value to the organization.

Business Execution

  • Lead or assist in the planning and implementation of medium to large technical assistance assignments.
  • Conduct assignment setup and debriefing meetings for assignments under your responsibility.
  • Build rapport with various contact points at client organizations for successful assignment execution.
  • Plan and execute assignments with thorough attention to detail and due diligence.
  • Oversee and support research work and report writing.
  • Review research papers, reports, and other deliverables.
  • Support projects involving technical assistance to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of MSC’s tool kits and other publications.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-cultural team
  • Flexible and willing to travel to other countries based on business requirements

Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination

  • Engage and coordinate with various government and other stakeholders across different countries on Digital ID, Data Sharing, and other Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with donors and private sector entities on opportunities related to Digital Solutions and Digital Public Infrastructure.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of IT architecture, technology stacks, industry best practices for solution implementations, standards, and Digital Public Goods (DPGs).
  • Manage activities throughout the solution ideation, design, and implementation phases.
  • Gather requirements, define solutions, recommend potential options, select the most optimal solution, and develop a roadmap for implementation.
  • Present solutions to stakeholders and work to build consensus.
  • Collaborate with MSC teams and partners throughout the project phases.
  • Conduct research, review, and create reports with recommendations for projects.
  • Participate in responding to RFIs, RFPs, or prototype development.
  • Provide thought leadership across business and technical dimensions by solving complex business requirements.
  • Work with external software vendors during design and implementation phases.
