Your Journey So Far We’re looking for someone with solid experience and a creative touch. You should have: A history of successfully running entertainment or activity programs in hospitality. Great people skills and the ability to organize and manage both guest needs and team performance. A love for creating memorable guest experiences and a positive, problem-solving attitude. Your background shows your commitment to high standards and your skill in creating special connections with guests. Your Essentials To excel in this role, you’ll need: Fluent English plus fluency in at least two other European languages. Previous experience as a Cruise Activities Manager, ideally with another cruise line or luxury hotel An understanding of different cultures to cater to our international guests. Confidence in using tools and technology to manage schedules and communication. Flexibility to adapt to the busy, ever-changing life onboard a cruise. A team-focused attitude and the ability to inspire those around you to do their best. Your mix of language skills, experience, and leadership will make you stand out for this role.
