Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed specific set commercial targets.
· Grow cruise revenue and increase profits.
· Manage and maintain relationships with current cruise lines partners.
· Develop new cruise line partners.
· Secure marketing funds for joint marketing campaigns.
· Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure plans delivered on time and in line with business priorities.
· Deliver reporting on performance to targets and ROI on campaigns.
· Implement new strategies to drive revenue and profit growth.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
· Monitor industry trends.
