Barrhead Travel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed specific set commercial targets.
· Grow cruise revenue and increase profits.
· Manage and maintain relationships with current cruise lines partners.
· Develop new cruise line partners.
· Secure marketing funds for joint marketing campaigns.
· Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure plans delivered on time and in line with business priorities.
· Deliver reporting on performance to targets and ROI on campaigns.
· Implement new strategies to drive revenue and profit growth.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
· Monitor industry trends.
