As a Cruise Concierge Specialist youll be at the heart of delivering those exceptional experiences. Serving as a key liaison between guests, travel advisors, and the brand, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, personalization, and authenticity. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree required; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in luxury travel, cruise, or hospitality guest services/reservations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or reservations systems is a plus.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional service via phone and email to both direct guests and travel advisors, supporting inquiries, bookings, changes, and pre-/post-voyage arrangements.
  • Become a subject matter expert on all itineraries, onboard offerings, and destination highlights.
  • Resolve complex issues and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Process financial transactions including payments, refunds, adjustments, and promotions accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Guest Services, and Operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in outbound communications related to guest retention, pre-departure support, or promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure accurate guidance to clients and partners.
  • Contribute to team performance goals and ongoing service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all guest data is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with company standards.
