SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience: Minimum 14 months in the travel industry or call centre (Australian market)
• Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, professional, and client-focused
• Sales Ability: Skilled in upselling and cross-selling while meeting sales targets
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication to manage client queries effectively
• Eligibility: Full working rights in Australia
