Description

Minimum requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the capacity of Staff Chief Engineer or other relevant experience from the Cruise Industry Valid class Chief Engineer license and certificates according to STCW 95 as amended Good knowledge about maritime rules and regulations (SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC) Good knowledge of PMS and inventory management. Great leadership skills Great communication skills Fluent command in English Great interpersonal skills and good team leading ability Good references Beneficial experiences: Experience from cruise vessels operating on international itineraries Experience from new built and/or site team or project work Experience in sailing under NIS flag BASSNET USCG, USPH knowledge.
