About the Role Do you have a passion for travel and love helping others create unforgettable memories? We're looking for a motivated Cruise Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll guide clients through every step of planning their dream cruise vacation, from choosing the right destination and itinerary to ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations tailored to their preferences. Share expert knowledge on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and excursions. Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation with accuracy. Provide ongoing communication and exceptional customer service throughout the process. Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. What Were Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others.
