Cruising experience is a plus, but not required—full on-the-job training will be provided.

What you will be doing :

• Engaging with customers to understand their cruise travel needs and preferences
• Creating and selling bespoke cruise packages
• Delivering top-tier customer service both in-store and online
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest cruise offerings, destinations, and promotions
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets (with bonuses and travel incentives!)
• Building lasting relationships with new and existing clients
