About the Role The Reservations Supervisor is a key leader responsible for guiding the Reservations Team in delivering efficient operations and exceptional guest experience. They focus on staff development, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet guest needs while maintaining high booking conversion rates. This role emphasises the importance of teamwork and effective communication to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Supervise daily operations of the Reservations Team to maintain efficiency and service excellence. Support the Customer Service & Sales Manager with team management and issue escalation. Manage staff rosters, monitor hours, and coordinate training and development. Oversee bookings, manifests, and availability, making adjustments based on demand and weather. Ensure accurate invoicing, vessel reconciliation, and manage website partner content and promotions. About You We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for enhancing the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, impeccable attention to detail, and a proven track record in team management or supervision. They should be adept at fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture while demonstrating a commitment to professional development and training. Additionally, the person we are looking for should be proactive in problem-solving and possess effective communication skills to build positive relationships both within the team and with external partners. To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exhibit exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Show the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Possess effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
