Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time, salaried leadership role with a competitive annual salary of $48,000-$52,000. Assistant Managers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, with employee contributions starting as low as $200 per month once eligibility requirements are met. In addition, you'll enjoy two weeks of paid vacation, one guaranteed weekend day off each week, and a 10% tuition discount through Southern New Hampshire University. About the Role The Assistant Manager position at Crumbl Cookies is designed for a developing leader who enjoys working hands-on with a team, supporting daily operations, and growing into a larger leadership role. This position works closely with the General Manager to help run a fast-paced, high-volume bakery while learning the skills needed to advance into senior leadership. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining standards, supporting the team, and ensuring each shift runs smoothly. What You'll Do In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including opening and closing shifts, scheduling support, labor awareness, inventory counts, production quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance. You'll assist with training, coaching, and developing team members and shift leads, helping reinforce expectations and Crumbl standards. You will help monitor key performance indicators such as labor efficiency, sales trends, waste, and customer experience, escalating issues when needed and helping the General Manager implement solutions. Assistant Managers are expected to lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and contribute positively to team culture and performance. Schedule & Expectations This is a full-time leadership position that typically requires 40–45 hours per week. The schedule includes a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. One weekend day off per week is guaranteed. Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to jump in where needed are essential for success in this role. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has prior experience in restaurant, retail, or fast-casual leadership and is comfortable supervising teams in a busy environment. You should be organized, dependable, and eager to learn more about scheduling, labor control, and people development. Successful Assistant Managers are coach-able, customer-focused, adaptable, and accountable. Experience in QSR or food service is strongly preferred, but a strong work ethic and leadership mindset matter most.
