As Terra Mining continues to grow, our mobile crushing operations are seeking an experienced Crushing Superintendent to join the team and provide strong leadership to the crushing personnel and deliver effective and cost-efficient outcomes at the crushing plant.

• Ensure crushing targets and KPI’s are met safely and in accordance with contract terms
• Implement, maintain and manage systematic routine maintenance of crushing plant
• Ensure Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and requirements are implemented and maintained
• Managing daily performance of the crushing supervisors and their crews
• Maintains inventory of supplies to ensure efficient crushing operations
• Liaise with project stakeholders providing crushing data results
• Collect, record and analyze crushing plant data to optimize efficiencies and product qualit
