REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years operational experience, familiar with reconciliation process
• Extensive experience creating, deploying, and automating operational systems and processes
• Having blockchain or cryptocurrency knowledge or experience is preferred
• Ability to work with engineering and data for reporting and tooling
• Strong written and verbal communication skillsEnglish speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage

• Oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency operations, including fiat and cryptocurrency settlement and reconciliation with our venues
• Identify & manage initiatives to improve operational processes
• Support new crypto initiatives from an operational, risk, and compliance perspective
• Partner with our customer service team and marketing team to continuously improve crypto related customer communications
• Maintain and evolve operating procedures to complement compliance written supervisory procedures and assist compliance team with license uplift
• Partner with treasury, operations, and risk teams to manage liquidity and minimize crypto risk
• Coordinate with product team to enhance system/platform to ensure customers receive exceptional execution quality with venues and to improve operational efficiency.
