As our Crystallization Development Engineer/Particle Characterization Specialist, you will develop robust crystallization processes and ensuring the precise characterization of solid-state materials, particularly in terms of their particle size. Your experience will help shape the development of therapies that address significant unmet needs in brain health.

You will:

• Design data-rich experiments in the context of crystallization process design of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and interpret the gathered results.
• Investigate and optimize crystallization parameters to achieve desired attributes of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
• Perform solid-state material characterization, including particle size distribution, morphology, and polymorphic form. Some of these analyses will be conducted according to cGMP.
• Propose innovative approaches to address complex scientific questions and explore new modeling techniques for crystallization processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across R&D and CMC to ensure alignment with project goals.
