Job Description Trách nhiệm chung (General duties) Support to CS team/ Hỗ trợ Bộ phận CS Cross checking information between the received sample and TRF; taking samples’ photos and record information in internal system: Daily worksheet/ Elims/ Hỗ trợ CS team đối chiếu thông tin mãu nhận với phiếu đăng ký đính kèm, chụp hình mẫu và nhập các thông tin từ phiếu yêu cầu kiểm nghiệm hệ thống nội bộ (Daily Work sheet/ Elims). Send daily report lists to all other department to ensure all reports are released to customer in time, avoid any missing report / Lập danh sách các báo cáo đến hạn phải gởi hàng ngày cho các bộ phận liên quan theo dõi, nhầm tránh thiếu xót Create invoice template in Elims / Hổ trợ phát hành hóa đơn trên hệ thống Elims Cooperate with CS team to support complete purchasing process from subcontractors/ suppliers in COUPA system / Hỗ trợ thực hiện các thao tác thanh toán liên quan đến nhà thầu phụ, nhà cung cấp trên hệ thống COUPA Others/ Khác: Receive and send final contract; returned sample by courier / Nhận và gởi hợp đồng, mẫu trả lại khách hàng. Following up status of using stationery in CS team and arrange new purchasing when needed/ Theo dõi việc sử dụng và mua mới các loại văn phòng phẩm phục vụ cho công việc hàng ngày, hỗ trợ lưu trữ hồ sơ trong warehouse ngăn nắp, gọn gang. Support others admin tasks related to LEAN/ 5S or Company’s general procedure.. when required/ Hỗ trợ các công việc admin khác liên quan đến LEAN/ 5S/ các qui trình chung của công ty nếu cần Qualifications Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): Fresh graduate or experienced in Customer Service or Administrator is an advantage/ Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc có kinh nghiệm trong Dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc Nhân viên văn phòng là một lợi thế Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Graduated from College / Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): English: Reading Document, Writing and Speaking – Basic level. / Tiếng Anh: Đọc hiểu tài liệu, viết và Nói – Cơ bản. Responsibilities

The CS Admin Staff will support the Customer Service team by cross-checking sample information, creating reports, and managing invoices. Additional duties include coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining office supplies.
