About the Role Motivate agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets Responsibilities: Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS business Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met Provide coaching and training to support staff Perform any other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions Good product knowledge Good communication skills Able to manage a project/event independently Good command of English and Chinese Tactful interpersonal relationship Good presentation and team building skills Self-motivated and customer orientated Others: You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4) You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
