Description
We are looking for a maternity substitution in our Customer Service Team Providing high quality service to customers. Efficient communication with interfaces to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Keeping data consistency within the system and archiving paper files to enable for both internal and external audits. Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Requirements • 5 years of Professional knowledge (including Booking Note and B/L related regulations, forwarding and transport rules, sea terminal and depots regulations, at least basic knowledge of container technical specification). • Proven experience in Shipping Container Industry in various positions. • Experience in Customer Service Support. • User knowledge of IT systems and applications (including AT, certain SAP modules and MS Office [Word, Excel, Outlook], Terminal web applications). • Languages: English, Good (Must). • Knowledge of internal procedures related to various disciplines handled within Multitask Department. • Communication skills.
