Product failure analysis of HMI hardware - Checking symptoms of products returned from markets, performing reproduction tests and investigation for defective points - Investigating root cause of defect of mounted circuit boards (PCBAs) using circuit diagrams - Making requests for defect investigation to component suppliers and following up - Making investigation reports - Communicate with relevant departments based on analysis report results 2.
