QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, process payments, resolve billing issues, and more.
  • Provide professional and courteous service, including de-escalating client concerns.
  • Research and analyze policy data to resolve client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate information and documentation in administrative systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including anti-money laundering and privacy concerns.
  • Stay updated on products, state regulations, and procedures.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Recommend system or procedural improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
