JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience in our grocery store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.

• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
