ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:

• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in the Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Data Centre sectors.
• In depth knowledge of Statutory Consent Processes, Building Regulations process is essential.
• Demonstrable design, technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role.
• Experience in leading meetings and coordinating the other team members if necessary
• Strong working knowledge of structural design and analysis software such as BIM, Revit, Tekla (or equivalent)
