QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing civil, structural, or architectural packages on data center projects
• Strong knowledge of UK building codes and safety standards
• Proven experience in large-scale data center infrastructure projects
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural packages specific to the data center project
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project components
• Review technical drawings, scope of work, and specifications in relation to data center standards
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control for the packages
• Identify and troubleshoot technical, logistical, or safety issues proactively
• Prepare and maintain progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
• Ensure all work complies with UK safety standards, data center industry standards, and regulations
