Job Description Lead CSA scope from pre‑construction through completion, ensuring project objectives relating to scope, schedule, cost, and quality are met. Develop CSA project plans aligned with overall project timelines and client objectives. Oversee contractor execution of structural, architectural, and site works, ensuring adherence to design intent and programme milestones. Manage CSA design reviews with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants. Ensure CSA designs integrate effectively with MEP systems and mission‑critical infrastructure requirements. Verify compliance with codes, regulations, and authority requirements for data centre builds. Manage early works packages including piling, pile caps, in‑ground services, and site logistics. Coordinate with local authorities (AHJ) for permits, approvals, and inspections needed to commence works. Enforce QA/QC processes, including review of inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and construction quality benchmarks. Ensure project adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and corporate EHS requirements. Serve as the main CSA point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Facilitate coordination between CSA and MEP teams, particularly for builder’s works interfaces. Evaluate contractor submissions, manage change orders, and oversee claims and progress reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. 10–15 years' experience in CSA project management, preferably with data centre or other mission‑critical facilities. Proven track record managing early works, substructure, and superstructure for large‑scale projects. Strong understanding of local regulatory processes, authority approvals, and compliance frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
