What you would do: Greet/assist customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience Inspect vehicle and surrounding area pre-wash Guide vehicle safely into the tunnel entrance/tunnel flow management Occasional pre-wash of vehicle (spray down, scrub wheels) Frequent inspection of Wash grounds and clean up to maintain a neat and clean environment Frequent inspection of Wash equipment/preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning Interact professionally with both customers and team members Dry Off Vehicles and apply tire shine Educate customers on promotions and monthly memberships Perform other duties as the Wash requires Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person Requirements What were looking for: Friendly customer-focused individual who wants to deliver the best possible experience Coachable, goal and career-oriented learner who is innovative & influential to others Brand advocate who brings passion, energy, drive & positivity into customer interactions and is comfortable working on their feet and outdoors Professional who takes attendance and integrity seriously, is reliable, task-focused & does the right thing Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required)

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Perform vehicle pre-wash, dry off vehicles, and maintain the cleanliness and functioning of wash equipment.
