Responsibilities

Consumer Small & Business Banking’s (CSBB) Group Third Party Officer (GTPO) team is seeking a Third Party Officer (TPO).
The GTPO team serves as primary liaison for CSBB to ensure compliance with Third Party Program (TPP) requirements and ensures that TPP related information (program change information, validating an escalation took place, etc.) is conveyed to the Business from the Enterprise Program.
The GTPO team monitors and escalates Third Party issues, failures, and events via Third Party Program governance routines and the Deficiency Management framework. Lastly, we monitor front line Key Risk Indicator (KRI) performance; in doing so, we analyze and document root cause and potential impacts when KRIs are breached.
The TPOs aligned to each unique CSBB line of business are responsible for the day-to-day consultation and oversight to ensure the Primary Business Liaisons and Line of Business Relationship Managers are executing as required. We collaborate closely with Supplier Management Consultants to drive adherence to program requirements and serve as Third Party SMEs for CSBB.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
