REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy materials when necessary.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by site supervisors or foremen.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with their tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the project duration.
• Report any hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.
