Additionally, CSMs are expected to identify sales opportunities rapidly and work to close new sales or transfer leads to teammates for closure. *Quota Carrying * EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of SaaS sales experience Microsoft Cloud Pricing Excels at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process. Credible - Experience selling to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect. Passionate - Think creatively and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
