Description:
Metric has hit the mark with its AI-driven marketing platform for e-commerce players. Following an exceptional launch across Europe, the Nordic scaleup has now entered the US market and is therefore seeking local talent to strengthen the CSM team.
Responsibilities:
Metric is scaling at an incredible rate. Doing so while maintaining an exceptional customer experience is no easy feat. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in undertaking this objective. Your main tasks will be onboarding new clients and, securing product adoption amongst the portfolio. You will also contribute to the development of the company’s commercial and product-oriented strategies. Sales, CSM, and product are closely intertwined, so you will act as a vital link between the product team and the clients.
The work will take place at the company’s offices in Santa Monica, LA, where you will be welcomed by a team of highly skilled European product and commercial resources.
