About the Role At Workwize, we’re on the hunt for a CSM Team Lead who can inspire a team, wow clients, and keep an eye on the bottom line - sometimes all before lunch. You’ll lead a small, high-performing crew while managing your own client portfolio, making sure both your team and your clients come out on top. Your mornings? Setting priorities, leading stand-ups, and keeping the team laser-focused on what really matters. Your afternoons? Diving into performance metrics, tweaking strategies, and finding ways to make processes smarter, faster, and more impactful. You’re a people-person with a head for numbers. What You’ll Do: Lead Your Team to Success Set priorities so your team can manage portfolios effectively Handle client escalations with skill and confidence Implement processes to boost client happiness and retention Maximize Revenue Opportunities Manage the client lifecycle, including renewals and upsells Identify high-impact opportunities and coach your team to capitalize on them Own Strategic Projects Lead initiatives across the CSM domain Manage stakeholders and oversee complex projects Skills & Qualifications 5+ years in Customer Success or client-facing roles 3-5 years of leadership experience Experienced managing complex projects and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable with tools like: HubSpot (CRM), Monday.com or Asana (project management), Slack, Linear, Miro, Notion What Makes You Shine Resilient, flexible, and confident under pressure Passionate about coaching and helping others succeed Thrives in fast-growing, dynamic environments Excellent conflict management and client-handling skills Fluent in English (business level) What We Offer: 25 days of paid vacation (European-style time off) 401(k) with competitive support to help you plan for the future Flexible work setups for better work-life balance Pay range $86,000—$130,000 USD
