Position Overview The CSR / Account Executive Assistant is responsible in the management and servicing of U.S. insurance accounts, with a focus on delivering efficient, accurate, and timely client support. This role requires prior experience in U.S. insurance processes, including policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and billing coordination. Responsibilities • Loss run request • Policy request • Cancellation request to carrier • Renewal follow-up • COI request • Simple endorsement • File Claims • Renewal quote release • Billing inquiry and online payment process • Reinstatement request on non-pay cancellations • Recommendation follow-up • Rate carriers Qualifications • 3+ years of experience at a U.S. insurance agency/brokerage • Proficient in management system called “Applied Epic” • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable for graveyard shift (New York business hours) Nice-to-Have / Advantage With Chinese/Korean language skills Team lead experience Why RecruitGo?
