  Well-established companion animal practice in West Chester, Ohio looking for full time veterinary Customer Sevice Representative. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated team member to join our fast paced practice. We strongly recognize the importance of the human-animal bond and we see our clients and patients as extended family. This position puts you as a face of the clnic so excellent people skills are a must. Previous experience as a receptionist is required. Preference will be shown towards applicants with previous medical or veterinary receptionist experience. Duties include: * Managing multiple line phone system * Organizing filing systems and paperwork * Handling financial transactions * Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area * Assisting the rest of the team as needed. Must be able to work 3-3 1/2 days during the week and a rotating Saturday morning schedule. Wage based on experience.
