Description Customer Service Representative - Dry Cleaning Kiosk Hours: Can vary & some flexibility. Similar to Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Additional Saturday shifts may be available at other locations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer Interaction: Welcome every customers, communicate positively, and always be kind and respectful to customers and the team. Order Management: Pay close attention to detail when detailing, racking (loading), and handling customer orders. Problem Solving: Be proactive in resolving issues and follow through professionally. Operational Excellence: Utilize basic computer skills daily. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Be reliable and dependable, arriving on time for scheduled shifts, in uniform, and ready to work. Demonstrate trustworthiness and self-motivation. Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) per shift. Capable of bending, lifting, and transporting garment and laundry bags weighing approximately 30 lbs. Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for daily tasks. Maintain a kind, caring, and professional demeanor when interacting with the public under all circumstances and situations.
