YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Minimum 2 years in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Rep; knowledge of most major markets
RIBO License required
University or College Degree/Diploma an asset
CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market; strong business acumen
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook ) and familiarity with Acturis and Zoho CRM are a plus!
Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team
Sound negotiation and sales skills
Effective organizational skills and time management
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills

• You will prepare all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, policy documents, certificates of insurance
• Manage the file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of Client activity logs
• Track and follow up Policy Documents to ensure received in a timely manner
• Administer our client renewal process
• Work closely with our Account Executives to service and manage all day to day activity, including establishing market risks for coverage placement
• Assist with Account Executives with the placement of accounts
• Coordinate account services including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals or cancellations
• Communication with insurers as required to support the brokering function
