A customer service representative is needed for our office. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to providing professional, caring and friendly service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails
  • Answer questions from customers and co-workers
  • Identify and discuss solutions to technical difficulties
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Creating invoices
  • Becoming familiar with a wide range of technical products and services
  • Processing payments
  • Data Entry
  • Other related duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have:

  • An understanding of Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to compose their own letters and handle routine correspondence
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • The ability to “self start” and work independently
  • Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,440.00-$43,680.00 per year
