EXPAND STAFFING SOLUTIONS IS HIRING EXPERIENCED AND GROWTH-MINDED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSRS) FOR A THRIVING DISTRIBUTION CENTER IN DELTA. IF YOU EXCEL IN FAST-PACED, MULTI-ACCOUNT ENVIRONMENTS AND ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND CAREER GROWTH – WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Shift Time: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (subject to change)
Location: Delta, BC
Department: Customer Service / Data Entry
Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in Customer Service and Data Entry roles
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
✅ Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP is a strong asset
✅ Ability to thrive in a multi-account, fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Enthusiastic about employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Managing customer inquiries and providing timely, professional responses
  • Performing accurate data entry to support order processing and inventory tracking
  • Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Utilizing WMS and SAP systems to update and maintain customer and order information
  • Supporting multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Assisting with process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational workflows
  • Collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet department goals
  • Contributing to a positive and engaging team culture focused on continuous learning
