We are currently seeking a high-energy and caring person to be a part of our team. This is a full-time position in our Akron, OH location. This job receives weekly pay, every Friday!

Responsibility’s include:

• Assists our clients on the phone by answering questions and taking orders.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, resolve client concerns, and funding verification.
• Verify all aspects of the client information and obtain all required forms and signature.
• Provide our clients with product education and information on use of the equipment, including safety issues, funding considerations, delivery schedules, and company policies.
• This is a full-time position that requires you to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a competitive benefits and wage package.

Additional Requirements:

• High School degree or GED equivalent (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good phone skills – pleasant personality on the phone
• Interact well with other employees on team
• Kind and empathetic with clients
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, with numerous interruptions
• Attention to details
• Familiar with insurance rules and policies preferred, but not required
• Must be able to organize duties and follow-up timely
• Critical Thinking - Must be able to make independent decisions
• Willingness to be trained in all pertinent areas
