FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Watermaker Fergus is a local water treatment company that provides sales and service to the greater Fergus area. Our Fergus location is seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our team. If you have strong customer service skills, outgoing, flexible, and organized we would love to meet you. This is a permanent position , that requires you to work Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will be dependable with a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor. Sales experience is an asset, although training is available for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid G drivers license
• Friendly and Outgoing
• Reliable and Responsible
• Excellent communication skills
• Heavy lifting required
• Computer experience
• Able to multi-task efficiently

• Greeting Customers and offering assistance
• Answering the phone in a friendly professional manner
• Opening/Closing the store
• Processing transaction on the cash register
• Advising customers on water treatment needs
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store
