JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent service, resolve client inquiries, and support overall customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. Experience in the service or business setup industry is preferred; knowledge of attestation and translation services is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in lead generation or customer service, preferably in translation or attestation services.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Target-driven with a creative approach to client engagement.
  • Familiar with call etiquette, customer service standards, and basic compliance related to documentation.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with all departments to support lead generation efforts specific to translation and attestation services.
  • Call and identify potential clients in need of document translation, attestation, and related services.
  • Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels (phone, email, networking, etc.).
  • Engage professionally with prospects to understand their requirements and present suitable service offerings.
  • Promote the company’s services including translation, attestation, business setup support, visa processing, PRO services, and related documentation services.
  • Meet periodic targets for qualified leads and conversions.
  • Address client inquiries, follow up promptly, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional reputation to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, service updates, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate closely with management to align lead generation efforts with company objectives.
