Position Summary: AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Mobile, AL that implements the most relevant digital solutions to transform, optimize and secure plant supply chains, manage and oversee inventories, control all logistical flows and meet the current and future challenges of its customers. We are looking for skilled CSR Delivery Clerk to assist with this client's production needs. The CSR Delivery Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting delivery, shipping, and clerical operations. Essential Functions: Coordinate delivery logistics immediately upon material staging/issuance by CSR Ensure fast-paced and safe delivery based on urgent or routine requests from Airbus. Ensure all deliveries are timely and to the correct location. Complete all necessary scans upon delivery. Communicate promptly with Customer Service Reps to close out delivery requests. Monitor the "LMR" tool for A220/A320 programs on an hourly basis. Plan and execute deliveries, adjusting routes as needed to meet time requirements (KPIs), utilizing both walking and company van transportation. Utilize SAP programs to assist CSRs with request processing and logistics. Requirements SAP experience preferred but not required. G Suite (Google Workspace) and/or Microsoft Office experience required Forklift experience is required. Driver’s license with a clear driving record is required. Ability to work with a fast paced team, and openly communicate with the team.
