Description

The position of Customer Service Representative is a full time position requiring up to 40 hours per week, including some holidays. In this position, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, dispatching service technicians to customer homes, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Taking inbound customer calls / Making outbound customer calls
  • Dispatching On-Site Specialists (technicians) to customer homes for assembly and delivery orders
  • Identify resources including OSS and Service Providers for order fulfillment.
  • Tracking and updating customer service requests
  • Resolving customer service inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Other duties and / or tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to provide an acceptable background check.
  • Experience in Dispatching is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

  • $17 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, from 8am until 5pm.
