Montgomery Irrigation is a small business in Jessup, MD. We are professional and customer-centric. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service. We have been in business for over 30+ years and are continuing to grow each year. We currently have branches in Jessup, MD, Eastern Shore, MD, and Richmond, VA. Throughout the year we provide training and teambuilding activities to encourage growth within the company as well as a team atmosphere. This position is located at our Jessup, MD/Corporate office and the hours will be M-F from 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch. Overtime will be offered and encouraged during our busy months which consist of mid-March through May and late September through November..

Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls to schedule maintenance and service jobs using ServiceTitan software.
Optimize technician routes to effectively schedule jobs and maximize efficiency.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding their appointments, accounts, estimates, invoices, and general inquiries.
Create and maintain customer accounts, ensuring database accuracy and integrity.
Maintain clear, timely communication with field technicians regarding appointment changes, time-sensitive updates, or job-specific inquiries.
Draft and send letters to current and prospective customers as needed.
Provide general administrative support to Managers and assist with various tasks as requested.
