Techconnect.id is in search of a dedicated CSR & External Corporate professional to join our team and lead our corporate social responsibility initiatives. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies that promote and enhance our corporate social responsibility programs while fostering productive relationships with external stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing community engagement projects, sustainability initiatives, and corporate outreach efforts. Your ability to communicate effectively with local communities, NGOs, and government entities will be crucial in building partnerships and ensuring alignment with our company's values. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the impact of these initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability in our CSR efforts. Responsibilities Develop and manage CSR programs and initiatives that align with company values and stakeholder expectations Engage with local communities and external partners to promote collaborative projects Monitor and assess the impact of CSR initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement Organize corporate outreach activities and community events to enhance our public image Oversee communication strategies related to our CSR activities. Collaborate with internal departments to integrate CSR efforts across the organization Bachelor's degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CSR, community engagement, or external relations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of sustainability practices and social responsibility principles Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for making a positive impact Experience in report writing and performance measurement is preferred
