Description A driven, detail-oriented, and motivated individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in Customer Service. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers and sales representatives to help ensure DanHil Containers can provide packaging products and services that meet and exceed our customers’ requirements and expectations. Job Duties: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services. • Support and work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. • Process customer orders either from customers or sales representatives. • Communicate order confirmations to customers in a timely manner. • Participate in daily shipping meetings to monitor order status and confirm delivery schedules to help ensure customer commitments are met. • Work with production and shipping to coordinate and expedite orders as needed. • Work with the design team to validate product specifications and pricing are accurate. • Manage customer inventory programs to ensure product availability. • Assist accounting with accounts receivable statement notifications. • Support additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Experience in the corrugated box industry is a plus • Comfortable navigating and using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Excel • Highly motivated and dedicated to completing tasks accurately and efficiently • Willingness to accept additional responsibility • Strong teamwork, professionalism, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and adapt to an ever-changing workplace environment
Responsibilities
