Must be comfortable being on camera and communicating with customers via video monitors. Excellent customer service skills. NCRC Certification minimum level of Bronze Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Reporting. Equipment: ten-key calculator, fax machine, photocopier, Integrated Teller Machine.
