Position Overview: As a CSR – Service Coordinator at Matador Gas & Power, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, service requests, account management, and troubleshooting, ensuring that all propane-related services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and build lasting relationships will be key to your success in this role. This role requires an individual who can balance customer needs with operational logistics, ensuring both customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding propane delivery, billing, and services. Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests. Coordinate the scheduling of propane deliveries, installations, maintenance, and repairs with the field service teams. Ensure timely and efficient execution of scheduled services, minimizing delays or disruptions. Monitor delivery schedules to ensure optimal routing and resource utilization. Process orders for propane deliveries, tank refills, and other related services. Update and maintain customer profiles, service history, and documentation within the company’s CRM or management system. Generate invoices and follow up on billing inquiries or discrepancies. Address and resolve any operational or service issues that arise, working with internal teams to find solutions. Assist customers with troubleshooting minor issues related to propane equipment and services. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding propane handling, delivery, and installation. Promote safe propane usage and educate customers about safety practices. Work closely with drivers, service technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations. Provide feedback to management regarding customer feedback, trends, and operational improvements. Requirements Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of propane services, products, and industry regulations is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or industry-related certifications preferred. Working Conditions: Office-based position with occasional field visits if required. Some evenings or weekends may be required depending on service needs. Occasional on-call support may be necessary during peak times.
