Key Responsibilities Plan and organize sports club activities, events, and tournaments (e.g., futsal, badminton, running, etc.) Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s sports club Engage employees and encourage participation in sports and wellness programs Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (venues, coaches, equipment suppliers) Monitor participation rates and gather feedback to improve future activities Manage budgets, scheduling, and logistics for all sports-related initiatives Ensure safety guidelines and proper conduct during activities Requirements Diploma/Degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field Passion for sports and employee engagement activities Strong organizational and coordination skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and handle multiple events/projects Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends) when required for events
