This Position is Contingent upon Award Position Overview: The Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will provide frontline support to caregivers and veterans, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Verify eligibility using VA systems and schedule appointments. Provide general guidance and escalate complex issues as needed. Maintain accurate records and adhere to privacy/security protocols. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of customer service or call center experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience working with veterans or in healthcare settings. Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
