We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative, one of the most important positions with our company. You are our first point of contact when customers call, so we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: * Answer phones and book service calls for Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC service * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Support call center team members * Handle customer inquires and complaints with advanced conflict resolution skills * Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts * Call out to existing customers to alert them to specials * Book Maintenance calls with VPP members * Offer VPP (Village Partner Plan) to callers if applicable We Offer: * Paid systems training * Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and company paid life insurance * 401K with company match and no vesting schedule * Paid vacation * Paid holidays Requirements * Bilingual-Spanish a big plus! * Two years of call center or customer service experience * Reliable and adaptable * Positive and professional demeanor * Ability to build rapport with clients quickly * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Proven ability to meet and exceed call quotas * Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications and phone systems, * Service Titan experience a plus! * High School diploma * Previous experience in Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC industry a huge plus!
